It is important to note that particularly during the weekends in the summer months there can be over a hundred people looking into booking one date, so availability can change suddenly. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a booking without a deposit. We may be able to help with a tentative booking to hold the date short term when you are just about ready to proceed.
Step 1:
Find a boat you like that is available - it is a good idea to talk it through with us as some boats are better suited to certain events than others, which may not be obvious to you at first.
Step 2:
Request the booking form - When you are ready to proceed we may be able to tentatively book the boat in for you short term whilst we finalise the paperwork and you organise the payment.
Step 3:
Review and approve the online booking form that we send you via email.
Step 4:
Pay the deposit - you will be provided the bank details with the booking form. If you prefer to pay via credit card just let us know and we will send you another link to pay online (surcharge apply).
Step 5:
Once we have received your deposit and all parties have approved the booking form, we will email you confirmation of your booking.
Whilst we understand it is tempting to send out invites asap, it is of course not wise to send out invites before locking in a boat following the above steps.
