BHS is a member of the Charter Boat Agency Association and we use the industry standard cancellation policy below. This policy is also detailed in all booking confirmation forms. Please refer to your booking form for the full terms and conditions of your booking.
Customer Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to charter: Deposit will be refunded less a $500 management fee if another booking is secured for the same boat, date and time for the same value. If another booking is not secured, the deposit is not refundable.
Cancellations made between 60 - 30 days prior to charter: Any deposit paid is non refundable.
Cancellations made 30 - 14 days prior to charter: Any monies paid are not refundable. Consideration will be given to food, staff and boat costs incurred due to cancellation.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to charter: Any monies paid is not refundable.
We will always do what we can to get the best and most fair outcome for all involved.
Boat Owner Cancellations
In the extremely rare situation where the boat owner needs to cancel the booking, we will endeavour to, and reserve the right to, find a similar boat in order to ensure your event can go ahead.
If we are unable to find a replacement, you will receive a full refund.
