How spacious is the boat for dining? How many can be seated in one area?

The boat is quite spacious with a maximum of 100 guests, however we recommend 80 guests for comfort and to be able to be seated together.

Do you cater for the following dietary requirements? GF, Celiac, Vegetarian, Vegan, Kosher, Halal, Anaphylactic to nuts, Dairy.

Yes, we try and cater for all dietary requirements. Please speak to your Event Coordinator about your requirements.

Is laser clay shooting an option and if so how much does it cost and where would guests shoot from?

Yes, Laser Clay shooting is allowed, we do this regularly from the front deck area. Please enquire for pricing.

Photo booths - is this an option and if so how much would it cost and where would they typically be placed?

Yes, Photobooths are allowed and are usually set up in the cocktail lounge. Please enquire for pricing.

Are Bands allowed to play on board? If yes is there a specific location to perform and/or a surcharge for pre access?

Yes, Bands can play on board. Best place for the band to play is on the stage on the main level. Pre access for band is allowed up to an hour before.

Are there any toilets onboard?

Yes, there are 3x Male toilets and 3x Female toilets.

Is there air conditioning and if so where?

Yes, there is Reverse cycle air con in the dining room.

AV equipment - do you have Screens and what connectivity is there?

Yes, we have a 46 inch screen with USB/HDMI connection as well as 2 cordless microphones.

Are professional casino game tables an option and if so where would they be best set up?

Yes, Casino tables can be set up within the dining room - only for cocktail style cruises.

Eclipse caters for small and large groups. With a flexible layout means we can go from having a seminar, to formal dining and networking style all in the one charter.

Is there good space for getting everyone together for games (hens/bucks/corporate style games) and any further detail on this?
