Eclipse is spacious and the large dance floor is perfect for that milestone Birthday, whether it’s your 18th birthday party or your 50th! Grab your favourite cocktail from the licensed bar and head to the spacious front deck area. A formal seated dinner for up to 100 people runs smoothly from Eclipse’s large dining area. Menus range from gourmet canapes to complete degustation experiences with matching wines. Once the birthday formalities are over guests can retreat to the separate lounge area or hit the dance floor!

Get your boogie on on the raised dance floor, Eclipse boat has more than enough room to move and allows DJ bookings. "The staff were amazing and extremely helpful especially the Captain. The overall look of the boat was well presented, clean and comfortable. The guests couldn’t have been happier. They are still raving about the wonderful time they had. The food especially the dinner was delicious. The only issue on the boat was the fact their was no other soft drink available except Coke Zero. Some guests don’t drink coke and wanted lemonade which was not available. The staff at BHS were patient, informative and professional. A special mention to Reyna and Bee for all their hard work putting this last minute booking together. The event went smoothly, and everyone had a fantastic time and I credit Reyna, Bee and all the staff at BHS for this. And thank you to the owner for allowing us to use their vessel. Thank you for the memories.

"The Eclipse was such a beautiful boat. The Captain and his wife were lovely despite the high risk of an 18th I think all enjoyed it. We were really impressed with the boat it was just beautiful. "I was already drafting an email to Sandra to congratulate and thank her for arranging a wonderful cruise. The food exceeded our expectations in quality and presentation, and help with the cake, which we were allowed to bring. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly and patient with people that can become obnoxious with alcohol and I was very impressed at their RSA'ing of two guests; done with calmness and rational discussion, whilst not embarrassing the persons targeted. We had researched extensively prior to booking with BHS, next time we will just re-book with BHS - the Eclipse is the perfect boat. The additional detail of getting us back to port to enjoy the fireworks, and assistance getting people off the boat was great. I will definitely be recommending to friends and colleagues.

Do you cater for the following dietary requirements? GF, Celiac, Vegetarian, Vegan, Kosher, Halal, Anaphylactic to nuts, Dairy.

Yes, we try and cater for all dietary requirements. Please speak to your Event Coordinator about your requirements.

If there is a cake, will you cut it up and serve it?

Yes, we will cut the cake up and serve it to the guests. We don't supply serviettes and plates for the cake though.

Do you supply serviettes and plates for a cake?

No we do not supply serviettes and plates for the cake. Please BYO.

Is there a surcharge for BYO Cake?

This is included in the boat hire price.

Can we have a DJ?

Yes, BYO DJ or band fee is $150. We have DJs available at extra fees or you can BYO DJ - they need to bring all their own equipment. All DJs and entertainers are counted as guests.

Are Bands allowed to play on board? If yes is there a specific location to perform and/or a surcharge for pre access?

Yes, Bands can play on board. Best place for the band to play is on the stage on the main level. Pre access for band is allowed up to an hour before.

Can an average cake fit in your fridge?

Yes, the average size cake will fit in the fridge.

Do you have a cake knife onboard?

Yes there is a cake knife on board.
