Please bring your own ice ( 3 bags advised ),or we can provide ice for you if ordered at the time of booking. Ice is charged at $6 per bag.
There will be two eskies to store and cool all food/drinks.

Please bring substantial food to abide by the RSA.
The BYO surcharge covers food/drinks and includes crockery, cutlery, utensils, serving equipment.
Menus are available from $15pp

What happens in poor weather?
Cruises tend to go ahead in rainy weather. We will access the conditions on the day to make sure it's safe.

Are plates, glasses / cups, cutlery included?
Disposable plates, glasses and cutlery are available. Platters are available for customers use to set out food.

Are BYO spirits allowed?
BYO spirits are allowed.

Is ice provided onboard?
No please bring your own Ice or it can be provided $6/bag

Is there a BBQ onboard?
Yes and crew to cook

Is drinking water included?
Clients are requested to BYO bottled water.

Can I dropoff supplies at the boat before the charter?
Dry food and drinks can be dropped to our vessels at Clontarf Marina by pre arrangement prior to charters. Either the day prior to the charter or the morning of the charter subject to the schedule of the vessel for a $100 fee.
Pre access to decorate the vessel prior to charters can be organised subject to availability of the vessel on the day of the charter and incurs a $100 fee per half hour.

What cool storage is there onboard?
2 Eskies are available. Woorabinda also has a mini fridge and freezer for guests to use.

Does the boat provide napkins/serviettes?
This is a consumable so we recommend bringing your own for BYO Charters.

Are glass bottles allowed onboard or just cans?
Glass bottles are allowed but consider bringing cans since they are lighter and safer since they won't smash.

Can we bring a baby? Is there an age limit? Are they counted as guests?
Yes babies are allowed onboard - there is no age limit. Yes, kids of all ages are included in your guest count.
If you have young kids coming, please let us know in advance.

What is the bond for?
The bond is taken incase there are damages caused by your group during your charter.
The no.1 cause for bond claims is broken toilets so please tell your guests not to flush things like wipes or tampons down the toilets - just a small amount of toilet paper is Ok.
Vomiting around the boat will incur fees. Don't bring Sparklers, confetti balloons, glitter (candles by request only) as they will stain the boat.

Are there any water toys onboard?
Yes 1 Lilypad $50, 1 SUP $50. Feel free to BYO as well

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
Smoking is permitted at certain locations on the vessel. Please ask your skipper where you are permitted to smoke when onboard.

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Yes we have speakers you can connect devices for music via Bluetooth.

Can we have a DJ?
In theory yes although you would need to bring your own generator and there is not a lot of space for a DJ / dancing.

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
Heels and black soled shoes are not permitted onboard. We recommend flat shoes with a grip whilst onboard.

Is swimming allowed?
Yes

Where can we pickup and dropoff?
We don't pick up or drop off at Double Bay.

Covid - If Government restrictions prevent the boat owner from delivering your charter initially booked for, then your charter can be postponed to another available date within 6 months (conditions apply).
Unfortunately refunds are not available for any Covid related cancellations.
If you cancel your charter for any Covid related reason you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement.

Date Changes/Cancellations - your deposit is used to secure your booking with the boat owner so this can only be refunded (minus an admin fee) if we are able to find another person to replace your booking and if sufficient notice is given.
Weather - Cruises go ahead in wet weather on all boats that have shelter for all guests - your charter would only be cancelled if the skipper deemed the conditions unsafe. View some weather FAQs
