General BYO Drinks Information
Please drink responsibly. No shots.
As it is BYO the staff’s priority would be boat safety and security however staff can certainly help out in assisting in drink service when there are no boat duties. All spirits are served other drinks are in eskies for self service also. Drinks storage post cruise $50 per day starting first business day after cruise date. BYO surcharge includes ice, cups, RSA wait staff, cleaning, rubbish removal, use of fridges and eskies, serving of your drinks (on request)

General BYO Food Information
Please provide sufficient food. Light meal - chips and dips will not meet minimum requirements. We have a fully equipped Galley. BYO surcharge inc plates, cutlery, cleaning and rubbish removal.

Are there any additional limitations on guest numbers or dates permitted for BYO charters?
70 people max only. This includes the additional suppliers brought onboard such as DJ, Photobooth etc.

Are plates, glasses / cups, cutlery included?
Yes, they are included for BYO. As well as Napkins and roughly 20 platters to use. Including serveware e.g. tongs etc.
Plastic wine glasses, champagne flutes available and also throwaway plastic tumblers.

Are BYO spirits allowed?
Yes spirits are allowed on board but must have soft drink mixers. No shots allowed. Will be served by the crew in the kitchen after the first hour

Is ice provided onboard?
Ice is provided on board for all the eskies to chill your drinks

Is there a BBQ onboard?
Yes gas BBQ is available for a $50 charge. This already includes usage of all BBQ equipment, gas, utensils and cleaning of BBQ. Crew will only assist with cooking when available. Might be DIY. We also have an oven in the kitchen for warming items

Is drinking water included?
The is tap water onboard however we suggest you to bring BYO bottles of water.

Can I dropoff supplies at the boat before the charter?
.No fee for F&B drop off prior. If you require access $250 fee (to set up decorations, for DJ to set up prior to charter, etc).

What cool storage is there onboard?
They have 4 large eskies onboard, a 3metre long commercial fridge that can hold 200 cans of beer, and tubs filled with ice to store alcohol.

Are glass bottles allowed onboard or just cans?
Glass bottles are allowed but consider bringing cans since they are lighter and safer since they won't smash.

Does the boat provide napkins/serviettes?
This is a consumable so we recommend bringing your own for BYO Charters.

Wharf Availability Advisory – Summer 2024/25
Wharf maintenance and limited wharf options in the CBD are causing challenges across the industry. This may lead to delays or limited availability at popular wharves.
CBD options: King St Wharf & Casino are popular however availability is limited.
Aquarium wharf is an option but please note delays can occur & boats may not provide extra time to compensate so we advise using other locations. Other wharfs that may experience unpredictable delays are Pirrama Park, Double Bay & Rose Bay.

What is the bond for?
The bond is taken incase there are damages caused by your group during your charter.
The no.1 cause for bond claims is broken toilets so please tell your guests not to flush things like wipes or tampons down the toilets - just a small amount of toilet paper is Ok.
Vomiting around the boat will incur fees. Don't bring Sparklers, confetti balloons, glitter (candles by request only) as they will stain the boat.

Can we bring a baby? Is there an age limit? Are they counted as guests?
Yes babies are allowed onboard - there is no age limit. Yes, kids of all ages are included in your guest count.
If you have young kids coming, please let us know in advance.

Are there any water toys onboard?
1x Kayak, 1x SUP board, 1x Lily Pad for $200

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
Yes smoking is allowed in outside areas only.

Is swimming allowed?
Swimming is allowed from Whitehaven
+
Footwear - are there any restrictions?
No strict footwear requirements – just no stilettos.

Can we have a DJ?
Yes, BYO DJ has a $200 fee (arriving with guests, setting up on charter) Must bring all his own gear including speakers. We can provide table. DJs set up inside the cabin. Inhouse Djs $950

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Quality Sound system with 4 zone Bluetooth connection. There's a dancefloor too. Microphone available - please request.

Where can we pickup and dropoff?
Drling Harbnour Kings st or Casino; Circular Quay Eastern Pontoon;Clifton Gardens; Mosman Bay;
Watsons Bay (extra fee) Balmoral (extra fee). We can not access Wooloomooloo or Rushcutters area

Are there any additional rules that apply to specific events (eg 21st Birthdays)?
*1 security guard required if it's an 18th - 21st, bucks and all male charters 30+ pax ($400 each for min 4 hours). A safety disclaimer including boat travel and related activities such as swimming is required for all Bucks, Hens, 18th – 21st Cruises. This form is completed as part of the safety briefing onboard.
Day Bucks parties only, must be completed by 6PM finish time.

Any other rules the organisers and guests should know?
Wheelchairs are welcome but toilets are all down steps so guest would have to be mobile enough to stand. The guest and chair would have to be lifted if entering the main inside area also
