Are plates, glasses / cups, cutlery included?
Yes Plates, cutlery, glasses, platters all included. Has plastic Champagne glasses onboard.

Are BYO spirits allowed?
Yes, however staff has to serve them. Customers can not serve themselves as per RSA regulations

Is ice provided onboard?
Yes, we have plenty.

Is there a BBQ onboard?
No....We recommend having food pre-cooked and prepared to enjoy

Is drinking water included?
Yes

Can I dropoff supplies at the boat before the charter?
When possible we can meet you prtior to your cruise at our marina to load supplies. This has to be arranged with crew and might not always be possible especially if the evening cruise and we are not returning to the marina

What cool storage is there onboard?
We have eskie and fridge space

Are glass bottles allowed onboard or just cans?
Glass bottles are allowed but consider bringing cans since they are lighter and safer since they won't smash.

Does the boat provide napkins/serviettes?
This is a consumable so we recommend bringing your own for BYO Charters.

Wharf maintenance and limited wharf options in the CBD are causing challenges across the industry. This may lead to delays or limited availability at popular wharves.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs, allergies, or specific food safety concerns?
We do our best to work with our suppliers to accommodate various dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free). However, because our food is sourced externally, we cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment or the complete absence of allergens such as gluten. We encourage you to let us know in advance about any serious allergies or dietary needs so we can liaise with our caterers.

What is the bond for?
The bond is taken incase there are damages caused by your group during your charter.

Can we bring a baby? Is there an age limit? Are they counted as guests?
Yes babies are allowed onboard - there is no age limit. Yes, kids of all ages are included in your guest count.

Are there any water toys onboard?
Yes we have a Lilypad $100 fee

Is swimming allowed?
Yes swim platform at rear

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Yes modern system you can connect to via Bluetooth. We have a 32 inch tv on board. Usb and hdmi both available.

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
No stiletto shoes please, rest is fine.

Can we have a DJ?
You can BYO DJ but he needs to bring all equipment. Or you can hire our in-house DJ all set up and ready $750/4 hr cruise

Where can we pickup and dropoff?
We have many locations around Sydney Harbour, please ask our staff for convenient location

Any other rules the organisers and guests should know?
This boat will not allow ALL MALE cruises. In the summer season, cruises are only taken for 12-4pm or 5-9pm generally
