What happens in poor weather?
We can postpone charters if the weather is terrible but this is up to skipper's discretion. It needs to be a mutual agreement.

Are there any additional limitations on guest numbers or dates permitted for BYO charters?
Maximum 12 passengers for in-shore operations
Maximum 9 passengers for off-shore operations

Are plates, glasses / cups, cutlery included?
Yes. We also have solid plastic champagne flutes, wine glasses and tumblers. We also have serving platters, plastic plates and disposable plates. Full selection of cutlery is also available.

Are BYO spirits allowed?
Yes

Is ice provided onboard?
Ice can be pre-purchased (in advance) for $10/bag

Is there a BBQ onboard?
Unfortunately, there is no BBQ available.

Is drinking water included?
Yes; however, we recommend bringing some water.

Can I dropoff supplies at the boat before the charter?
We don't recommend this option. Please call for advice.

What cool storage is there onboard?
There is a fridge on board and 2 ice buckets. We strongly recommend bringing ice for your drinks.

Are glass bottles allowed onboard or just cans?
Glass bottles are allowed but consider bringing cans since they are lighter and safer since they won't smash.

Does the boat provide napkins/serviettes?
This is a consumable so we recommend bringing your own for BYO Charters.

Wharf Availability Advisory – Summer 2024/25
Wharf maintenance and limited wharf options in the CBD are causing challenges across the industry. This may lead to delays or limited availability at popular wharves.
CBD options: King St Wharf & Casino are popular however availability is limited.
Aquarium wharf is an option but please note delays can occur & boats may not provide extra time to compensate so we advise using other locations. Other wharfs that may experience unpredictable delays are Pirrama Park, Double Bay & Rose Bay.

What is the bond for?
The bond is taken incase there are damages caused by your group during your charter.
The no.1 cause for bond claims is broken toilets so please tell your guests not to flush things like wipes or tampons down the toilets - just a small amount of toilet paper is Ok.
Vomiting around the boat will incur fees. Don't bring Sparklers, confetti balloons, glitter (candles by request only) as they will stain the boat.

Can we bring a baby? Is there an age limit? Are they counted as guests?
Yes babies are allowed onboard - there is no age limit. Yes, kids of all ages are included in your guest count.
If you have young kids coming, please let us know in advance.

Are there any water toys onboard?
Yes, we have a ski biscuit available for use when the vessel is not moving.

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
Smoking is not permitted

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
Footwear can be worn during charter; however, stilettos are not suitable on the teak.

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Yes. There is a great stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity.

Is swimming allowed?
Yes

Where can we pickup and dropoff?
We can pick up from anywhere mostly. You can let us know your preferred wharf so we can check if we have access to it.

Are there any additional rules that apply to specific events (eg 21st Birthdays)?
All birthday parties are welcome.
