General BYO Food Information
Food is compulsory if you have alcohol on board. Minimum requirements are required. MOre food than just Chips and dips are required. We suggest BBQ food sufficient for everyone to be called a meal. Has galley kitchen to store food only

Are plates, glasses / cups, cutlery included?
Yes, quality, environmentally friendly eating and drinkware provided.

Are BYO spirits allowed?
Yes. No Shots.

Is ice provided onboard?
No, please BYO.

Is there a BBQ onboard?
Yes and crew will cook if required when the vessel is stationary.

Is drinking water included?
No, please BYO.

Can I dropoff supplies at the boat before the charter?
For dropping off F&B before the cruise, we can meet you at our office in Gladesville. A $200 fee will be added for our crew to get all supplies on board and set up. If decorating, strictly no confetti. If you need to access the boat prior, you may do so 45 minutes prior at Yeend St wharf Balmain to CBD (on approval only) for a $300 fee.

What cool storage is there onboard?
The boat has a large esky with Padded Seating.

Are glass bottles allowed onboard or just cans?
Glass bottles are allowed but consider bringing cans since they are lighter and safer since they won't smash.

Does the boat provide napkins/serviettes?
This is a consumable so we recommend bringing your own for BYO Charters.

Wharf Availability Advisory – Summer 2024/25
Wharf maintenance and limited wharf options in the CBD are causing challenges across the industry. This may lead to delays or limited availability at popular wharves.
CBD options: King St Wharf & Casino are popular however availability is limited.
Aquarium wharf is an option but please note delays can occur & boats may not provide extra time to compensate so we advise using other locations. Other wharfs that may experience unpredictable delays are Pirrama Park, Double Bay & Rose Bay.

What is the bond for?
The bond is taken incase there are damages caused by your group during your charter.
The no.1 cause for bond claims is broken toilets so please tell your guests not to flush things like wipes or tampons down the toilets - just a small amount of toilet paper is Ok.
Vomiting around the boat will incur fees. Don't bring Sparklers, confetti balloons, glitter (candles by request only) as they will stain the boat.

Can we bring a baby? Is there an age limit? Are they counted as guests?
Yes babies are allowed onboard - there is no age limit. Yes, kids of all ages are included in your guest count.
If you have young kids coming, please let us know in advance.

Are there any water toys onboard?
Water toys: $100 Play Pack (Paddle Board, Lily Pad and Noodles)
You can BYO water toys and pump.

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
Smoking and vaping in designated areas only

Is swimming allowed?
Yes, the boat has a swim ladder. Waivers are required to be signed. Swim at your own risk and stay close to the boat.

Can we have a DJ?
NO DJ allowed

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Yes, you can connect to the sound system with your devices. It’s a great new sound Fusion with Bluetooth connection. There are speakers in the back and on the mast so the front net area has awesome sound!

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
Non marking soled shoes please. Heels are not permitted for safety and stability. Barefoot is permitted.

Are there any additional rules that apply to specific events (eg 21st Birthdays)?
Bucks cruise max 3hrs ONLY and 16 pax. 3hr cruises where permitted are $400/hr

Any other rules the organisers and guests should know?
External entertainers like strippers, dancers or alcohol serving staff must be approved before the charter so please let us know should you have them. Appropriate RSA licenses are required. Decorations - no confetti or coloured items that may stain decks if wet. Skipper will advise suitable place to set up to ensure they have full visibility when driving the boat.
