Where can we pickup and dropoff?
Regarding wharves, if KSW is booked out, the nearest available is Aquarium but we have been up to 25min late due to the number of vessels waiting in line.
Alternatives are:
Yeend st, Birchgrove. -almost always free and nicely protected.
Pirrama park- The wharf design is not ideal for Highlander, but it is possible to pick up here.
We generally try to avoid circular Quay area due to the amount of wash from vessels and ferries, particularly for charters that may have elderly and children boarding.
Double bay ferry wharf- very good option
Rose Bay pontoon- this would be the best option. There would be no fee for this wharf , saving you $100. Usually about a $29 uber ride from the city to rose bay wharf.
Standard wharves $50 each way; Manly, Watsons Bay, Paramatta River $150 each way.
