What happens in poor weather?
If the weather is dangerous for charters the skipper will contact you and offer postponement or rescheduling.

Are plates, glasses / cups, cutlery included?
Yes, the food surcharge includes crockery, cups, cutlery, napkins and eskies

Are BYO spirits allowed?
Yes, however they must be consumed responsibly. If you prefer Enigma has a full

Is ice provided onboard?
Please BYO. We recommend 4-6 bags of ice.

Is there a BBQ onboard?
No BBQ, we have an Oven, stove and microwave

Is drinking water included?
Tap water is available

What cool storage is there onboard?
Enigma has plentiful cold storage including two medium eskies for BYO beverages, a regular domestic size fridge/freezer for food storage, 1 White Wine Fridge, 1 Champagne Fridge, 1 Beer Fridge (fits 3 cases) and 1 Cake Fridge.

Can I dropoff supplies at the boat before the charter?
If the boat and crew are available, we can arrange a time to drop off food, beverage and party supplies prior to your charter.

Are glass bottles allowed onboard or just cans?
Glass bottles are allowed but consider bringing cans since they are lighter and safer since they won't smash.

Does the boat provide napkins/serviettes?
This is a consumable so we recommend bringing your own for BYO Charters.

Wharf Availability Advisory – Summer 2024/25
Wharf maintenance and limited wharf options in the CBD are causing challenges across the industry. This may lead to delays or limited availability at popular wharves.

What is the bond for?
The bond is taken incase there are damages caused by your group during your charter.

Can we bring a baby? Is there an age limit? Are they counted as guests?
Yes babies are allowed onboard - there is no age limit. Yes, kids of all ages are included in your guest count.

Are there any water toys onboard?
We offer an Aqua Lilypad for free (on request), and two stand-up paddle boards can be hired for $80 per board, per charter. NEW water Pool Pontoon $400; Also Sun Chills $150 (floating net pods) If booked they are non refundable after the event

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
Smoking is permitted on the rear swim platform at anchor only. Vaping in permitted on the outer decks whilst underway

Can we have a DJ?
Yes we welcome DJs on board. Or you can hire our recommended **DJ from $750

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
Strict Heels. soft shoes only - no black soled. No high heels/stilettos

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
Enigma has a six zone Sonos sounds system. We recommend the client make a Spotify playlist before the charter. Wi-Fi Connection is available.

Is swimming allowed?
Yes from the rear platform and consider hiring our water toys makes such a fun event

Where can we pickup and dropoff?
There are many pick up and drop off points in Sydney Harbour the most popular is Kings St Wharf but let our staff know your location and we can find the best wharf for you

Are there any additional rules that apply to specific events (eg 21st Birthdays)?
21st birthday parties will be considered upon application. Well behaved Bucks are allowed

Any other rules the organisers and guests should know?
Can pick up Manly for smaller groups. If rough seas alternative wharf may be required. Sometimes delays can happen at Manly as ferrys have right of way
