General BYO Food Information
Has Fully equipped galley(kitchen). Food must be provided if alcohol is on board - min light meal. Chips and dips will not be deemed sufficient

Are plates, glasses / cups, cutlery included?
Yes, all disposable. We provide rubbish bags too.
Our BYO fee includes eskies, cups, plates, serving dishes, utensils, clean up and a BBQ onboard
which our friendly crew can cook for you.

Are BYO spirits allowed?
We allow BYO spirits if you have soft drink mixers with them

Is ice provided onboard?
Please BYO or we can organise at $8/bag (We recommend 4 bags.)

Is there a BBQ onboard?
Yes we have a BBQ with crew to cook

Is drinking water included?
We provide tap drinking water on board

What cool storage is there onboard?
We have eskies and fridge

Can I dropoff supplies at the boat before the charter?
We can arrange pre-loading, with the option to travel with the vessel to the pick-up location (up to
3 guests) $150.00 - subject to timing and availability.

Does the boat provide napkins/serviettes?
This is a consumable so we recommend bringing your own for BYO Charters.

Are glass bottles allowed onboard or just cans?
Glass bottles are allowed but consider bringing cans since they are lighter and safer since they won't smash.

Can we bring a baby? Is there an age limit? Are they counted as guests?
Yes babies are allowed onboard - there is no age limit. Yes, kids of all ages are included in your guest count.
If you have young kids coming, please let us know in advance.

What is the bond for?
The bond is taken incase there are damages caused by your group during your charter.
The no.1 cause for bond claims is broken toilets so please tell your guests not to flush things like wipes or tampons down the toilets - just a small amount of toilet paper is Ok.
Vomiting around the boat will incur fees. Don't bring Sparklers, confetti balloons, glitter (candles by request only) as they will stain the boat.

Are there any water toys onboard?
Yes we have a range of water toys to book, SUP @$50 each and Lilypad free of charge.

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?
We do allow smoking in designated areas on the boat

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?
All our boats have AUX outlets and Bluetooth connection to play your favourite music whilst
onboard.

Is swimming allowed?
Yes!!! Please BYO towels - we highly recommend enjoying a swim while on charter however even
if you don’t choose to swim, we recommend bringing a towel just in case!
The boat has a jumping platform.

Can we have a DJ?
Yes. The DJ must bring all his own gear inc speakers and he's counted as guest. We do have on a boat DJ $750 if required

Footwear - are there any restrictions?
The best boat shoe is no shoe and generally we will ask you to remove your shoes upon boarding.
Dark soled shoes mark the boat surfaces; and heels or flip flops can be quite hazardous on a boat
- which is why we ask you go bare foot

Where can we pickup and dropoff?
Many wharfs around the Harbour to use. Manly & Middle Harbour has a $150 travel fee each way

Are there any additional rules that apply to specific events (eg 21st Birthdays)?
1 extra staff required for 18th - 21st birthday parties @$300
+
Any other rules the organisers and guests should know?
TV and Wi-Fi available.

Covid - If Government restrictions prevent the boat owner from delivering your charter initially booked for, then your charter can be postponed to another available date within 6 months (conditions apply).
Unfortunately refunds are not available for any Covid related cancellations.
If you cancel your charter for any Covid related reason you will not be entitled to a refund or postponement.

Date Changes/Cancellations - your deposit is used to secure your booking with the boat owner so this can only be refunded (minus an admin fee) if we are able to find another person to replace your booking and if sufficient notice is given.
Weather - Cruises go ahead in wet weather on all boats that have shelter for all guests - your charter would only be cancelled if the skipper deemed the conditions unsafe. View some weather FAQs
