Wharf Availability Advisory – Summer 2024/25
Wharf maintenance and limited wharf options in the CBD are causing challenges across the industry. This may lead to delays or limited availability at popular wharves.
CBD options: King St Wharf & Casino are popular however availability is limited.
Aquarium wharf is an option but please note delays can occur & boats may not provide extra time to compensate so we advise using other locations. Other wharfs that may experience unpredictable delays are Pirrama Park, Double Bay & Rose Bay.
+
What is the bond for?
The bond is taken incase there are damages caused by your group during your charter.
The no.1 cause for bond claims is broken toilets so please tell your guests not to flush things like wipes or tampons down the toilets - just a small amount of toilet paper is Ok.
Vomiting around the boat will incur fees. Don't bring Sparklers, confetti balloons, glitter (candles by request only) as they will stain the boat.
+
Can we bring a baby? Is there an age limit? Are they counted as guests?
Yes babies are allowed onboard - there is no age limit. Yes, kids of all ages are included in your guest count.

Any other rules the organisers and guests should know?
For those with difficult walking, the skipper can manoeuvre the boat so the guest can enter via the rear platform, but they will still need to step across from the wharf. The crew can assist with boarding if required. The only other potential difficulty is one small step up from the rear deck into the cabin, and then several steep steps down to the toilet.
Please complete the required information highlighted above.
Please tick the orange boxes above to confirm you have read the relevant Vessel Rules.
