Yes, Accessible toilet on main deck + Males on main deck. 5x Female toilets downstairs. 6x unisex toilets on middle deck. 4x unisex toilets on roof deck

Smoking - is it permitted and are there any restrictions?

Yes, in smoking designated areas only.

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?

Yes, there is a sound system on board. We can provide an Audio Tech as well if required.

Is there any heating equipment onboard?

Yes there is heating inside throughout the boat.

Is there air conditioning and if so where?

Yes, air conditioning on board inside only.

What type of event is this boat suitable for?

The Jackson is ideal for Weddings, Christmas Parties, Corporate Cruises, Floating Function Venues, Parties

What cool storage is there onboard?

Yes, there are fridges in the galley and bar fridges as well.

Are there any kitchen facilities available?

Yes there are kitchens on board, but they are not for public use.

How spacious is the boat for dining? How many can be seated in one area?

The boat is very spacious with different levels and seating areas. The main deck can have up to 150 people seated in one area.

If consumption bar is available, how much do drinks cost?

A soft drinks package is the minimum that is required. A cash bar or consumption bar may be allowed dependant on minimum spend.

Do you cater for the following dietary requirements? GF, Celiac, Vegetarian, Vegan, Kosher, Halal, Anaphylactic to nuts, Dairy.

Yes we cater to most dietary requirements except Kosher. Please speak with your Coordinator for more information.

If there is a cake, will you cut it up and serve it?

Yes the crew will cut the cake and serve.

Do you supply serviettes and plates for a cake?

Yes we do supply serviettes and plates for cake.

Is there a surcharge for BYO Cake?

There is no surcharge it is included in the hire price.

Is there a sound system and what connectivity is there?

Yes, there is a sound system on board. We can provide an Audio Tech as well if required.

Can we have a DJ?

Yes, DJ $750 for 4 hours. No charge for BYO DJ except they must bring all their own equipment. Table will be supplied.

Is laser clay shooting an option and if so how much does it cost and where would guests shoot from?

Yes, laser clay shooting is allowed. Please enquire for pricing.

Photo booths - is this an option and if so how much would it cost and where would they typically be placed?

Yes, Photo booths allowed on board.

Are Bands allowed to play on board? If yes is there a specific location to perform and/or a surcharge for pre access?

Yes, bands are welcome to play on board, pre access allowed.

Yes Wheelchairs can come on board on main level. There is also an accessible bathroom on the main level.

Where can we pickup and dropoff?

King Street Wharf Darling Harbour is the best location.
