BYO DJ- can arrive approx 45 mins prior to set up his DJ equipment.**IMPORTANT PLEASE – Pirrama Park is a public park. Under no circumstances is anyone permitted to drive a vehicle through the park to the pontoon to unload. This is illegal as well as unsafe to members of the public using the park. If this occurs, you will not be permitted by crew to board the vessel and may be subject to a fine as well as termination of your charter.

Yes - Karisma is a fully catered or BYO cruise option. You can also BYO food and have a bar package or visa versa. Note BYO option is not permitted on some dates.

For catered bookings YES. If you BYO food or beverages, you will need to supply these disposable items . Otherwise you can purchase our Amenities Package which includes use of vessels cups, plates, napkins, cutlery, platters, serve ware etc as required (not ice) for $250. If you are ordering catering but just BYO-ing drinks and vice versa, amenities package only costs $100.

If client BYO beverages on board at their boarding wharf, we stock the top deck bar with their beverages and ice in the insulated buckets in the bar. We stock the rest in our cool room (pending space) and move up to the bar as needed. If they organise to have their beverages delivered in the days prior to their charter, we stock them all in the cool room the day before and move them up to the top bar on the day.

Yes, BYO DJ has a $100 fee (already includes 45 min pre-access). We provide power and table for the DJs/bands however, you have to supply everything else including decks, speakers and any cords/extension leads/lighting you might require. (Note: BYO DJ is counted as a guest) . Or you can hire our inhouse DJ with lighting at $195 per hour (minimum 4). *Weddings - $1000 for 4 hours ($170 per hour thereafter) – add MC for $300. Also we have a BIG speaker option $200 fee if you don't want to have DJ expense.

We have a number of wharfs around the Harbour....Please ask our staff for full details. Wharfs outside the inner City area such as Kirribilli Wharf, Watsons Bay, Rose Bay, Double Bay, Mosman and any Middle Harbour incur additional travel fees of $175 each way. Karisma can't access Manly Wharf.

There are many places the boat can provide a cruise for you...... You can talk to the skipper on the day and he can advise depending on conditions on best places or you can request to explore certain areas if time allows

In peak seasons the minimum cruise is 4 hours. Non-Peak season 3 hours. We can accommodate 5-6 hours depending on the event your hosting if you require a longer day

You should bring all food & beverage requirements if your on a BYO cruise. Any personal items you require towel, suncream, light jumper....

Yes children and babies are allowed. They are counted as a full guest on your maximum numbers allowed on board. Life vests are available please mention at time of booking. There is space for prams if required

The majority of cruises go ahead in all conditions. There is plenty of indoor space and cover on Karisma. The rain does not allow for a cancellation. If conditions become dangerous the skipper will be notified by Marine services and you will be provided options to postpone. The skipper will notify you with as much time as possible to prevent inconvenience to you and your other guests

Security Bond: This is pre-authorised on a credit card and held by a 3rd party a few working day before your cruise. Funds will only be claimed if there is damage to the boat - which rarely happens but its like an insurance policy for the boat owner on every cruise. Funds are released pending no claims and reappear 2-3 business days later in your account.
